LinkedIn post generator: from an article or notes to an editable draft
Updated
A LinkedIn post generator prepares a LinkedIn-ready draft from source material such as an article, a newsletter issue or your notes. In PostReady you paste the source, choose the LinkedIn channel and edit the generated draft in Studio. You publish it yourself in LinkedIn; PostReady does not post on your behalf.
What a useful LinkedIn post needs
LinkedIn shows only the first lines of a post before the 'see more' link, so the opening sentence has to name a specific problem or observation. After that, one argument works better than a compressed summary of the whole source. Use short paragraphs, one concrete example and a closing question or next step that the evidence supports. LinkedIn posts allow up to 3,000 characters, but most useful drafts need far fewer.
Turn an article into a LinkedIn post, step by step
You can turn an article into a LinkedIn post in five steps. Keep the source text open while you edit, so you can check every claim against it:
- Paste the relevant article text. URL import can fail when a publisher restricts access; pasting text is the fallback.
- Choose LinkedIn as an output channel and pick the output language.
- Generate the draft. AI generation uses credits; Studio shows an estimate first.
- Edit manually for free, or select one passage for an AI revision.
- Check the preview and character count, then copy or export the text and post it in LinkedIn.
Free option: convert a tweet or thread
If you already have a tweet or a short thread, the free Tweet to LinkedIn tool rewrites it as one LinkedIn post without an account. It accepts up to 2,000 characters of input and allows 3 free uses per day across all free tools. For a full article, or when you also want X, newsletter, Threads or summary drafts from the same source, use the Studio.
Review before you post
A fluent draft is not evidence. Trace each number, name and quotation back to the source, keep the caveats that matter, and remove results the source does not report. Recheck line breaks, links and mentions inside LinkedIn itself, because the Studio preview only approximates the final layout.

Illustrative source: In a survey of 40 of our newsletter readers, 26 said they read the issue on mobile. We have not changed the layout yet.
Illustrative draft / review
26 of the 40 readers we surveyed read our newsletter on their phone. That is a small sample, but it changes what we test first: shorter sections and fewer wide tables. We haven't changed the layout yet. What would you check before redesigning for mobile?
Frequently asked questions
Is the LinkedIn post generator free?
The Tweet to LinkedIn tool is free without an account (3 uses per day across all free tools). The Studio generator uses credits: a verified free account starts with 10 credits, and paid plans cost $9, $19 and $39 per month.
Can PostReady publish directly to LinkedIn?
No. PostReady does not currently publish or schedule posts. Copy or export the reviewed draft and publish it yourself in LinkedIn.
Can I generate LinkedIn posts in languages other than English?
Yes. You choose the output language in the generation settings, separately from the interface language. The interface is available in English, Turkish, Spanish, German and French.
Will the generated post be accurate?
The draft is based on the source you provide, but AI drafts can still drop caveats or overstate results. Review every claim against the source before publishing.
AI drafts require human review. Direct publishing and scheduling are not currently available.
