Editorial drafts or social scheduling: which do you need?

Preparing a useful post and deciding when it goes live are separate jobs. Your current bottleneck determines whether an editorial workspace, a scheduler or both fit your workflow.

Choose editorial preparation when the text is unfinished

If you have a source article but no useful short-form draft, focus on selecting claims, adapting the structure and checking the result. PostReady covers editable text drafts, previews, projects and export. You still publish on the destination platform.

Choose scheduling when the reviewed text is ready

If your main problem is managing publication times or social accounts, evaluate a tool that actually supports those publishing operations. Check current channel availability, account permissions, pricing and failure handling on the provider's official pages. Do not assume that an AI writer is also a scheduler.

Compare workflows, not broad quality scores

Write down your source type, target channels, review owner and publication owner. Try the same permissioned source through each applicable workflow. Record editing steps and limitations. Without a controlled test, a feature list cannot establish that one tool produces better writing.

Use a clear handoff

Mark the draft as reviewed, export the relevant format, then inspect it in your publication tool. Recheck mentions and links. Keep the original source and any caveats accessible. PostReady has no guaranteed integration with a scheduler; copying or exporting is the current handoff.

AI drafts require human review. Direct publishing and scheduling are not currently available.
