Terms of Service

PostReady is operated by Can Özdal (the “Operator”, “we” or “us”). These terms govern your use of the PostReady website and content repurposing application. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to accept them on its behalf.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled; it is a notice, not a request for blanket consent. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains purchase remedies. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights continue to apply.

PostReady uses AI to adapt source text, articles, transcripts and notes into social posts, threads, newsletters and summaries. Features, quotas and supported formats depend on the selected plan and are described on the pricing page and in the application.

You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement. If your local law requires parental or guardian authorization, obtain it before using the Service. Do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential material unless you have the necessary rights and permission to have it processed by our service providers.

Provide accurate account details, protect your credentials and notify support@postready.org of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. This does not remove our obligations concerning the security of the Service.

Use the account security controls available in Settings. We may require proportionate identity checks for account recovery or requests involving personal data.

Polar Software, Inc. acts as Merchant of Record for purchases made through Polar checkout. Polar handles payment collection, applicable sales taxes and receipts. PostReady provides the product and account support. The separate Polar Checkout Buyer Terms apply to the checkout transaction.

Plan prices are displayed in USD. The checkout shows the final payable amount, taxes, billing interval and renewal terms before you purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until cancelled. Cancel before the renewal date shown in your billing portal to prevent the next charge.

Credit allocations, generation costs and available add-on packages are shown in the product and pricing information. Credits are usage allowances, not money or transferable assets. Review the allowance and billing interval for your chosen plan; an annual billing interval does not itself imply an unlimited credit balance.

You can cancel recurring billing through Settings and the customer billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of your prepaid billing period, with paid access continuing until the displayed end date. Deleting an account, stopping use or uninstalling a browser does not replace subscription cancellation.

The Refund & Cancellation Policy includes a 14-day guarantee for first subscription purchases and explains how to request review of other charges. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund. Nothing in these terms limits remedies required by applicable law or Polar’s buyer terms.

You retain rights in material you submit. You grant us the limited permission needed to process, transmit, store and display that material and its outputs to provide the features you request, including cloud saving and support you authorize. You must have the necessary rights to upload and process third-party material.

To the extent permitted by law and our rights in the output, you may edit, publish and commercially use generated text. AI outputs may be similar to other users’ outputs and may not qualify for copyright protection. We do not guarantee uniqueness, ownership of third-party material or freedom from infringement.

Review outputs for accuracy, attribution, permissions and suitability before publication. PostReady’s software, design and branding remain the property of their respective owners. Do not copy or reverse engineer protected parts of the Service except where law permits it.

Do not use the Service for illegal content, fraud, deceptive impersonation, harassment, infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights, or unsolicited abusive campaigns. Do not bypass access controls, credit accounting or rate limits; attack infrastructure; or resell unauthorized access.

We may restrict abusive activity to protect users and the Service. Report suspected misuse to support with enough information to investigate, without sending unnecessary sensitive data.

AI can produce inaccurate or incomplete text. The Service is an editorial aid and does not replace professional judgment. Features may be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages or technical faults. Keep independent copies of material you need.

To the extent allowed by law, the Service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for indirect losses to the extent such exclusions are legally permitted. These limitations do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections. Polar’s responsibility is governed by its own terms; we do not disclaim liability on Polar’s behalf.

We may suspend access for a material breach, fraud, security threats or a legal requirement. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and allow you to address the issue; urgent protective action may be immediate. Contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion. Cancel paid renewal separately before doing so, and export needed work. Retention exceptions and browser-stored drafts are described in the Privacy Policy.

Updates will appear on this page with a revised date. Material changes affecting an existing account or paid subscription will be communicated through the Service or the account email where required. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights.

Please contact support first so we can investigate a dispute. Applicable law determines your rights and the competent courts; these terms do not require you to waive mandatory protections or access to your local consumer authorities. Purchase disputes involving Polar checkout are also subject to Polar’s buyer terms.
